On the morning of her wedding to Simon, Lydia rocked her traditional golden dress flawlessly. Coupled with her family’s generous hospitality, the energy of the day was tuned up when the boys came in for the door games.  We knew from the get go that this was going to be a day to remember.

As with most traditional Asian weddings, what was to be a long day ended up feeling short due to how fun and lighthearted nature of the couple.  I’ve known Simon for many years as we both grew up and went to high school together.  When he met Lydia, I could see how happy that made him and how it drove him to become a better man.  These photos capture the essence of Simon and Lydia’s big day and ultimately the culmination of long journey for them both.   I got to see my friend marry the girl of his dreams.  Congratulations once again for such a wonderful wedding day,  and we wish you all the happiness that life has to offer.
